DBRAU Results 2013:- Dr.Bhim Rao Ambedkar University was known as Agra university because its amin campus is locatd in Agra. This is very oldest university established on July 1, 1927.This university established by the efforts of the person Rev. Cannon, Rai Bahadur Anand Swaroop and Dr. Brajenrda Swaroop. Dau Dayal Institute of Vocational Education is an integral part of the university. It imparts vocational education to residents of nearby regions of Agra. It was established in 1994 with the support of a grant from the UGC.
There are 14 colleges are affiliated with this university. In which 2300 student, 1475 students belonged united provinces. There are four departments in 1927 as Arts, Science, Commerce, Law. But after some time in 1936 department of Medicine , 1938 department of Agriculture, Home Science (1980), 1982 Fine Arts and in 1982 department of Management were added successfully. Under graduate and post graduate degree courses are provided in all these department.
This university full fill the education requirement of the seven district after the division of Agra district. The university have a affiliated Medical college Sarojini Naidu .it is very oldest and best college in medical department.
