Overview :

NEET exam is the online medical exam which has replaced all other entry level medical exams. Students, who want to get admission in the MBBS or BDS College, are required to pass this exam. The NEET is (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). This national level exam is conducted by the Central board of secondary education (CBSE). The mode of the examination is offline. This exam is to seek admission in both private and public medical college for medical graduation (MBBS/ BDS) as well as for medical post graduation degree (MD/MS).

About CBSE: The CBSE is the central board of secondary education. It is found on 3 November 1962. The headquarters of CBSE is in New Delhi, India. CBSE is affiliated under the banner of the union government of India and Ministry of Human resources development. Its current chairman is Mr. Rakesh Kumar Chaturvedi. This organization has established NEET entrance exam.

Aspirants should have qualified in 10+2 in the stream mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology with any other elective stream declared by the NCERT. if student didn't have 10+2 qualification in above mentioned subjects then aspirant should have to pass B.sc of Indian university exam. With any two or more above mentioned subjects in order to appear in NEET 2017. Aspirant should have minimum age 17 year. Maximum age is 25 year in order to appear in NEET 2017 within 15% all India state quota. Aspirants should have Indian nationality other they are not eligible for the NEET exam. aspirants from Andhra Pradesh, Telagana and J&K are not eligible for 15% all India state quota. 50% for general category in 10+2. 40% for reserved category in 10+2

How to Apply :

To seek in the NEET 2017 examination, you need to apply for it. To fill the online application form you need to visit the official website of NEET. Follow the steps mentioned below.

Steps to apply NEET 2017:

  1. Visit the official website of the NEET or click here
  2. Now you will see the notification popping up that is APPLY ONLINE.
  3. Click on the Apply online.
  4. The Application form will appear with the instruction set.
  5. Read all the instruction carefully in order to not make any mistake during filling the form.
  6. Now fill all your personal details carefully.
  7. It is not to mention that you have to check the form after filling the data.
  8. It is strictly advised to revise all the details carefully.
  9. Upload the scanned photograph as well as an aspirant signature in the column.
  10. Pay the required application fee.
  11.  Submit the application and take out its print out and keep it for the further use.

Application Fee :-

Pay the application fee by debit/ credit card, Net banking or E-challan in the given bank account details. You can also pay offline by the bank challan. The NEET bank account details will be mentioned on the application form.

The application fee charges are Rs.1400/- for General and OBC aspirants. Fees for SC/ST/PWD is Rs.750/-.

Exam Pattern :

The exam will be conducted in offline mode throughout the country. The total numbers of questions will 180 and it will be the multiple choice questions. The question will be from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany. The language will be used in the exam will be English or Hindi you can choose one of them. The total duration is given to the aspirant is hours. One mark will be deducted with respect to each wrong answer and four marks will be awarded respect to each right answer.

Selection Procedure :

8.    The last step, appear positively on the mentioned counseling date at the specified center with the required documents.
